"Hotel is very convenient for the city centre - bus stops outside the hotel. Staff were very attentive & friendly. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety - Jasmine was particularly lovely & always smiling. Our room was lovely (656) only a couple of negative minor points - the sink & some wall tiles were cracked in the bathroom. Our insert plug at the desk/mirror was also broken. Apart from that, I would definitely stay here again & recommend the hotel to family & friends"
