"Fabulous place to stay . Lovely rooms . Situated 5 minutes walk from the station and 15 minutes away from the back . Nick the host so helpful , recommended places to get breakfast ( can recommend the cafe Gro , fabulous coffee and food ) Would stay here again . Lovely. Thanks Nick we loved it . Janet "

"Accommodation car park full but large free car park opposite. Easy self access to hotel/room. No staff but no problem. Lovely room. Irvine pretty run down but large shopping centre near by. Dinner at nearby Hamilton excellent"

"Always great to stay here, its a big room, fridge, hob etc. Super great that you can get 3 people in one room too! There was a small miscommunication as i didnt recieve my code to get in however a quick, pleasant phonecall with Andrew and I had it in a matter of seconds. We will more than likely be using this facility again next year!"

"We have just had the most incredible stay since the minute we arrived on Friday. The staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. Jasmine in the Spa is deserving of a special mention. As someone who rarely gets treatments, I was very unsure of myself she immediately put me at ease as well as delivering the most relaxing salt scrub. Suite had great balcony overlooking Sea. 2nd visit. Don't be put off by it being a small hotel. Best in Seamill. Don't hesitate."

"The Townhouse was the best place we could have landed upon our arrival to Scotland. Our room was immaculate & the bed was very comfy, which we needed with the big time change. Allison was a wonderful host & breakfast was delicious. We loved exploring the area... it was located on a quiet residential street, but still within walking distance of many good restaurants & shops. We would not stay anywhere else upon our return to Ayr. Highly recommend this lovely boutique B&B!"
