"It was a beautiful setting it had fantastic potential but here’s a list of the faults. Self check in system (room door unlocked key in room) another guest had checked into room we had booked. The room had a different number on the door to what it was (there was a number one on the door frame number 2 on the door) We had booked a ensuite bathroom but on the first night only had access to a shared bathroom with no hot water, no toilet paper (had to search the house to find it), blocked sink.
