This stunning single family home located beside the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow River in Florida has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large kitchen that has recently been renovated. From the deck on the back of the house enjoy the fantastic view of the Rainbow River. Step out into the large back yard and make your way to the waters edge where you can enjoy the river deck and try your luck fishing for fresh water bass!

We recently stayed at a beautiful river house and had such a relaxing time. The location right by the water was perfect—peaceful, quiet, and full of nature. One of our favorite moments each day was enjoying coffee on the dock while watching the otters swim by every morning… it felt magical!The house itself was comfortable and had a lovely atmosphere. The only thing I would suggest is that the backyard and lanai could use a little updating and cleanup, but it didn’t take away from how enjoyable the stay was.Overall, we absolutely loved our time here. Such a dreamy spot to unwind—we’d definitely come back!

We loved our stay so much! Perfect location on the springs. We will be booking again! Loved how quiet the property was and all the trees in the back. Lovely location

Comfortable house on the beautiful Rainbow River, where the kayaking is delightful. It’s also located very close to the Blue Run Park, which connects to the biking trail Withlacoochee which is 46 miles long. Good location for the outdoor centric person.

Thanksgiving Week Trip to Dunnellon

Property is as advertised. Great location on the Rainbow River. Waking up to coffee right on the river every day was a joy. The house is proximate to most all area amenities and shopping in town (groceries, etc.) is just a short drive away.

We loved the dock and being able to paddle to Swampy’s restaurant. We are grateful to Hannah for allowing us to bring our pups. The yard is well fenced which was so very nice. We of course loved visiting the state park and the head springs. We enjoyed making fires in the evenings in the large screened porch. The house was very clean upon arrival.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood. The dock makes it easy to get in and out of the water. Beautiful view of the river. We watched the otters play every evening. Bonus is that it is only 1.5 miles up the river from Swampy’s.

My husband and I had the best 4 day get away. Rainbow River is such a gem. This house is a perfect location on the river. So nice you can pull your car right up to the house. Very private. Had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Great spot on the river

We have stayed many places up and down Rainbow River and this was our second time at this property. This place is great for anyone with a smaller group. The backyard has a unique landscape that gives off Jungle Vibes. The host is responsive to any questions you have. Highly recommend.
