The hotel was beautiful and very relaxing. The view of Florence from terrace was amazing . The hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was a great size and very pretty! Very unique! Would definitely recommend and return!

This hotel was so unique in a perfect location and with the most outstanding rooftop terrace with the beautiful views of Florence.

It was perfect ! Amazing location on the 5th ave of Florence and in an updated historical building!

Great location to everything including train station and quality restaurants. Breakfast buffet was beautiful with nice variety. Roof terrace was stunning with 24access to the bar!!! Even has complimentary cell phone for use!!!! Nice tour of hotel at checkin helped. Very pleasant checkin even though I arrived after 10pm. Rooms properly styled to the character n history of the hotel.
