Nice view of Duomo from the restaurant. Too busy during the breakfast though.

Loved the hotel, great furnishings and an excellent position. My only gripe is, and it’s a personal one, if you have a room facing the square it’s noisy at night if the window is open. I always sleep with it open so if you don’t need to, it’s perfect !

This property has a wonderful location. It is less than 5 minutes from the train station, and there are a ton of restaurants and shops as soon as you walk out the door.

We spent 4 days at the Grand Baglioni Hotel. the decor is a timeless classic and feels like you’re staying in a castle. Their rooftop restaurant and terrace provides you a view of Firenze and it is just beautiful. Love the location as it is across the train station and right in the heart of the city center. Walking distance to everything. Safe neighborhood. The staff provides exceptional customer service.

Great service and friendly staff, beautiful room. Breakfast from the fifth floor restaurant is not to be missed, the view of the city is incredible! Perfectly situated near the Duomo and walking distance to other main attractions (Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery) - especially great if you're traveling to Florence by train since it's right across from the station.

the free breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed free mini bar in room. The location was excellent. Nice large rooms. Great vacation. We liked the tram from airport to hotel. It is just across the street from hotel and cost ony 1.50 euro per person per trip. It only takes around 20 minutes or so to Hotel . We would definitely stay at Grand Hotel Baglioni if we ever get the chance to visit Florence again.
