The room was excellent and a separate living room. Very comfortable and close to nearby restaurants and cafes. Close to Duomo.

Staff was friendly and professional, and the room was always spotless and clean. Wish the restaurant was open for dinner, but otherwise a solid four-star hotel with a great rooftop bar. Beautiful view of the Duomo from the bar! Right in the heart of town within walking distance of everything. Would stay here again the next time I visit Florence.

What an elegant property right in the heart of Florence! Rooms were wonderful, staff were very helpful, and breakfast buffet was outstanding.

I have stayed at your hotel twice before. When unexpected business took us to Florence, I was eager to share my wonderful experience with my business partners. However, the property seems to have gone through renovations. The renovations took away the old world charm of the hotel. Additionally, the walls were paper thin. I could hear my friends in their bathroom and they could hear me! I did not impress my business associates as I had anticipated. I was a bit embarrassed because I bragged about the breakfast on the 6th floor and that we could take our food up to the balcony weather permitting. I told them that the rooms were large and charming. The rooms we had were not. However, the rooms were certainly clean. But I expected much more based on the service I had on my past 2 stays. We will be back in Florence for business. I am not likely to return. And that makes me sad. I am sure change is necessary; but this change took all the charm out of my stay.

Great location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooftop lounge offers amazing views of the city. Would definitely stay here again.
