Excellent location. Although the rooms are small they are relaxing . The front desk staff-Dorian and Francessa were thoughtful and kind. They took their job seriously and made every effort to make our stay pleasant. If I return to Florence I would return to this hotel.

The location is spectacular. The rooms are well designed to make use of space and (at least mine) newly renovated. The staff put much effort into making this hotel feel like a friendly and special place. And they did! I booked at the last minute so could not get a Duomo room with a view. But the common and breakfast areas have the same spectacular view. Highly recommended.

the room was small but very clean. Perfect location and excellent customer service.
Definitely I will back to Florence and stay in same hotel, will recommend to my family and friends
