Super_B location. We stayed with 2 kids ages 4 and 7 and were able to walk all of the main touristic locations. We also received a great customer service. Everyone was very nice, and professional.

Location is the key. Walk to any attractions in 5-15 min. Old italian style hotel but clean. Breakfast was nice and simple.

Wonderful place to stay in Florence. It’s in the heart of the city, middle of everything. Great staff, lovely rooms and well prepared breakfast. The staff in the dining room are amazing. Well done!

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. Central to most of the important sites in Florence. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. Very nice complimentary breakfast with a great selection and friendly service. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely historic hotel in a great part of the city. It had great character and we particularly liked the old photos of it over the 100 or so years. Rooms were comfortable and a good size with good flat screen tv. We got a room with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom which was very nice. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of stuff. Would definitely stay again. Only downside is because of its location it can be a little noisy as people find their way home after a night out. To be honest though nothing that a decent pair of earplugs doesn’t sort.

Location & cleanliness. Breakfast was great with excellent service. What I didn’t like is no mini refrigerator or microwave.

The location is excellent. The staff are so professional and attentive. Rooms large and comfortable.
