Wonderful service and great location. Staff at the front desk went out of their way to help us make the most of our stay in Florence. They assisted with info on museum tickets, restaurants, train & taxi arrangements.

Great location, nice comfortable clean rooms, best pillows I ever had at a hotel, good breakfast, amazing large marble bathroom with jacuzzi. Very attentive staff. Near everything. Would totally recommend and go back to.

I LOVE this hotel. Service was topnotch, the hotel room is clean, modern, and spacious. The bathroom, with the rainfall shower, is a dream! The hotel is also literally a few steps from the Duomo and is near shopping areas, restaurants, and transit stations.

The location and property was beautiful. The ladies at the front were extremely helpful. Drinks were amazing! Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay at this property again.
