Excellent staff, very clean hotel, great breakfast and restaurant staff too. Perfect location close to Piazza della Signoria and most touristic features you want.

A fantastic place to stay from start to finish. Great staff, great location, beautiful room, nice breakfast and happy hour. We could not have asked for better.

We had to catch an early morning flight after our stay. The staff set up our 4:15 a.m. taxi and had snacks, water, and juice for us as we left the hotel that morning. Amazing service!
