Ons verblijf was perfect. Parkeren op privé terrein achter het hotel. Mooie kamer met historische details en modern comfort. Vriendelijk personeel en buitengewoon lekker uitgeserveerd (!) ontbijt. Een echte aanrader dit hotel.

Great Location near the beach would highly recommend

Great location , quality hotel and customer service all round

I stayed for two nights un June 2023. The hotel was excellent. Beautiful room with a nice view on the canal. The staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend, and I would come back if I ever visited Amsterdam again.

Overall our stay was excellent. No complaints for us we really enjoyed our stay, the breakfast selection was good and would highly recommend this hotel

From arrival to departure, this was.one of the more pleasant and relaxing hotel experiences we have had as a family. Friendly faces, fast check in with a relaxing refreshment. Clear explanation of all important facilities, breakfast and restaurants. Arrived in an upgraded room, which was spotless. Felt very new ab well maintained. Butler and consciereg service was outstanding and fast. Room service good and well priced. Restaurants for both relaxed and fine dining. Will definitely return.

I loved the hotel. It is really good, classic with really nice lounge and really nice rooms with perfect views over the river. I loved it and I would say it is close to everything

Amazing

Overall the hotel was really nice, with some cool facilities, including a spa and 2 different Michelin Starred restaurants. Service was friendly and warm. Room was spacious and clean, maybe slightly bland for a 5* hotel but still very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful (as were all people I encountered during my trip). The room was nicely decorated and clean, bed was super comfortable. Wi-Fi speed was perfect. Great location for walking to museums and shops. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend. A welcome card and sweet treat (stroopwafel) were left in my room which was a lovely touch!
