"Excellent location, very clean, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Expected rooms to be much more functional. No ability to unpack a suitcase. Closet rod not deep enough for a coat hanger. Being almost 80 I didn't expect the only way to get into bed was to climb over from the bottom."

"What we liked: ‘cozy modern’, high-tech, linens were good quality, comfortable bed, quiet, clean, stylish, friendly reception/bar staff, and close to public transportation. What we did not like: Insufficient information about all the amenities available to guests, difficult to communicate with hotel staff as the rooms have no phones and the iPads did not provide the ability to contact staff for services (i.e. replenish supplies, wake up calls, call a taxi, ask questions about the area, etc.). "

"My wife and I stayed 4 nights in there. All staff were very kind. The shuttle bus service between Schiphol airport and this hotel was ever 20 minutes from early morning to late evening. It was very convenient. And the breakfast was prepared from 4am to 10:30am. It was also very good for our very early departure. Am looking forward to staying in this hotel when I will come to Amsterdam again. Thank you!"
