"We found blood on our sheets in one of the bed, asked for our sheets to be changed and they only changed one set. No apologies. Our room was dirty, down the toilet stained, doors dirty, pitcher in friege had a huge chunk of something in it. Pool was freezing cold as was the room. Very disappointing."

"The woman at breakfast was amazing. So helpful and smiling. It was a great stay, only complaint was there were a lot of rowdy kids running around the halls. It doesn’t bother me during decent hours but after 9pm and before 8am people should be able to rest. "

"Had to wait 40 minutes in line to check-in, only one person working. That person was very nice for being as busy as she was. The room was larger than most hotel rooms and seemed clean. At the complementary breakfast there was only one urn of coffee, and it was completely empty. 😢"

"It was way below average and was not a cheap property to stay at. Very dirty room, bathroom was disgusting. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool area was even dirty. Front desk clerk was also doing the breakfast area. Wore the same gloves from food area, to front desk, back to food area."

"This is my home away from home place! You get free dinner and the BEST breakfast buffet ever with your stay! Plus the indoor pool and hot tub! There is a thermostat in every room to control requirement. It’s just simply the best hotel ever seriously I absolutely love staying here!!!"
