"Room had no microwave nor end tables. We spoke with a maid twice in English and Spanish requesting fresh towels. We never got them. When we inquired with the front desk, we were told they do not give out fresh towels. We only had fresh towels for one night out of a four night stay. Unacceptable."

"Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. The elevator didnt work the whole 3 days we were there and the pool needed ro be cleaned. Not a bad stay but they could do a better job on the maintenance. "

"Always a clean room, towels when asked for, friendly staff it’s near Dunkin and the dollar tree right down the road from a bunch of food places and a park driving distance away about 10 min. The kitchen is very nice comes with pots and pans and cups and dishes and a dish washer. I’d recommend I stayed a week never had any problems recommend this stay "

"We stayed for a few nights for our spring break. This is a motel style building with a pool, a bar next door (attached to pool lounge area) and trail to the ocean. There are also public access areas to the beach on either side. The motel rooms are simple and clean with air conditioning. Our bathroom didn’t have a fan which isn’t ideal but ok. The bar service was fine in the pool area. The local food and bars are amazing and there is so much with in walking distance! The Seahorse staff was super kind! You do have to pay $20 per night for parking. It’s a very busy area."

"Hotel staff were wonderful. Room was very clean, as well as the hotel grounds. Parking is great, no hassle. Loved the coffee and breakfast in the morning. Simple yet perfect for starting your day. There is a small pool area but we didnt have the opportunity to enjoy it due to weather not cooperating. Laundry is also available, washer and dryers worked perfectly. Overall it was a great stay and if I ever visit mayport area again I will absolutely stay here! "

"Very cute updated 60’s-vibe motel. Perfect for our short stay in the Jacksonville beach area. We checked in on our own, with no problems. (Clear instructions emailed the day before.) The room Was clean, amenities nice, comfortable bed with lots of pillows. We did not have housekeeping, but technically really didn’t need. There was a coffee shop on premises, which is apparently popular with local runners after their beach run, and because our room was upfront across from the shop, we had about 10-20 chatty people milling around right outside our door at 7 am. Parking was tight… but overall everything was really just as expected… as I had also read the previous reviews. There was lots of shops and conveniences near by, the beach was a 7-10 minute walk. I would definitely stay again… ! "
