7/10 Good! (2 reviews)
The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :)

The price was very reasonable, and the studio was a decent size and well laid out.
Convenient location.
This could be a really good place if they just spent a little time cleaning up and fixing some things. Some bits were very dirty, lots of things were tatty and breaking/broken, the extractor in the bathroom didn't work, etc.
A little work could make transform this into an excellent place to stay.

9/10 Wonderful! (953 reviews)
"The building has so much character yet the room and restaurant were so lacking. Room felt tired as did much of the interior of the building, bed was not overly comfortable, the carpet needed replacing and a whole room needed a good refresh. The dining room/restaurant was ok just very corporate, literally ..."
