"I stay in Aberdee regularly but had never tried the Leonardo before but will certainly be back. Staff were lively, particularly the receptionists. I was upgraded to a superior room which came with late chrckout at 2pm. The room was spacious, modern and clean and had everything i needed for my stay. Location is excellent too, in Union Square shopping centre right by the train and bus stations."

"This is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our 2 night stay, although I did have a couple of small issues. One was that the refrigerator didn’t work, and when I reported it to the front desk clerk, she simply replied “they don’t”. Why have refrigerators that don’t work. Also the lighting is not very good. I felt like I was trying to put on makeup in the dark. Downtown is not really within walking distance either. "

"Great hotel and great location. **Just be aware of the hidden charges.** car parking is an additional £5, use of the pool is an additional £5. Food onsite is Ok. I personally had a little issue with my food, but it was resolved with a free drink. I Would stay here again, just need to be aware of those sneaky extras!"

"Worth every penny! The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious; however, i would say what I liked most about this property is the professionalism of the staff. I appreciate going to a place where I know I can get quality for a good price. The breakfast is very enjoyable as well. "

"We used a family room for a night due to an early flight the following day. The room was very large, clean, great beds and linen with good facilities. We also had a free shuttle bus service to the terminal. The only thing to make it even better would be somewhere to put cases on - the room was plenty big enough! All in all fantastic value for money! Would absolutely stay here again."

"Staff were great, as was the room (very spacious). Hotel is located in a convenient area with lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. My only issue was that there was some sort of benefit dinner/event being held in the event hall on the main floor, so it was very loud in our room late into the night. "
