"Loli was an absolute delight at the front counter. We stayed for 4 nights, had an issue with out room, and she was more than helpful to get us a new, clean, safe, upgraded room at no extra charge. It was exactly the peace of mind we needed during our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled.
