the staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, the room was well maintained and clean. I also appreciated the room being cooled down when I arrived. The casino was a pleasant experience, the staff made me feel like a regular customer, even the patrons were very friendly. It was a very enjoyable stay. The only negative I have would be that they do not offer a wake-up call when needed. I will be doing this trip again.

Room needs updated. Carpet was filthy. Bed was comfy. TV had maybe 8 channels. Pool was closed, it was 95 outside the whole time we were there. Nice casino, bar and Restaurant attached. Staff was not very friendly. Fair priced room off the strip a few miles.

Nice location right off the Freeway, and they offer lots of smoking rooms as well as take pets - so they want everyone's business. That is very rare in lodging today. Had daily maid service, and a great laundry room. No tissues in the rooms which I would have liked to see, and my TV needed a software upgrade and did not get all channels so that was a inconvenience. But staff was helpful, they have a restaurant on site site plus casino without having the long walk through a casino to check in or get to your room. I have stayed here before and they have gotten much better service oriented staff - which was great to see. Will stay here again.

The hallways and the rooms were updated and very clean. The bed was comfortable enough. The shower was pretty weak. But the bathroom was very clean. The staff was great. We had dinner in the casino. I would not recommend it. But the lunch the next day was excellent. Different cooks to be sure. The bartenders were great! Especially B! She was awesome.

The room was clean. The bed was great. It was very quiet for a casino. There is no coffee maker in the room. When asked by the morning desk clerk how my stay was going so far .. I stated a coffee maker in the room would be nice .. they gave me a free coffee chit.
