It was good because it was in the train station, making it very convenient to access transportation. The hotel room was quite nice as well, featuring double sinks, tables and chairs, and comfy and easily accessible beds. However, to make a future stay more pleasant, I would suggest to provide much more food options at the breakfast buffet and for the sinks to be outside the bathroom rather than inside to make it easy for guests to wash their hands if someone is in the shower. Overall, I think that Miyako City Kintetsu Kyoto Station is a nice place to stay if you will be going out to explore the area often.

Excellent hotel, very near the Universal City train station and a 2 minute walk to Universal Studios! The room was spacious, clean and hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!
