"SIMPLY WONDERFUL!!As a first time VRBO user, I was very apprehensive after hearing so many horror stories from competing platforms. However, Charlotte put my fears to rest the moment we connected. She was very responsive and even made a quick visit to handle a very minor issue (the salt in the water softener was running low). There is nothing to complain about unless you don't care to enjoy a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of the best boutiques and local activities."

"Very cute cute property in MT Plymouth/Sorrento ! The property was exactly as listed ! The beds were so so very comfortable , the kitchen had everything you can think of even though we did not use hardly anything during our stay . The coffee bar was one of my favorites as I am a big coffee drinker ! The new bathroom was awesome ! Granddaughter got a kick out of the toilet and heated seat We spent most of our time in between the rain on the lanai and in the pool . The hosts were incredible , answered all my questions and always available ..I did keep them informed on things we saw at the property that they needed to be aware of or needed attention ! I would highly recommend this property ! We will be back for sure ! Thanks for sharing your home with us!"

"We had a great time at this house! The only drawback is no shower (only bath) in the bathroom attached to the bedroom with the king bed, so we let the kids sleep up there. Nice suburban neighborhood, about 15 min to Kings Landing and 25 minutes to Wekiva Island."

"We had a great time at the farmhouse celebrating our marriage with our best friends! Everyone loved the details in decor of each room and the true farmhouse feel. Great location to the springs and downtown areas. We enjoyed gathering in the family room area and swimming in the pool. Hosts were easy to communicate with and checked in with us mid-stay to check all was well. Highly recommend!"

"This is absolutely one of the nicest VRBO rentals in which we have ever stayed!! The Barn is so unique and fun! Mary Ella and Jim, the hosts, were quick to respond to any questions we asked, and when we had the opportunity to meet them in person, we found them to be just delightful. The Barn is very well-equipped with everything we could possible have needed. The kitchen is well-appointed with lots of dishes, pots, and small appliances. There are plenty of plush linens and lots of good lighting including ample night lights. My husband was particularly happy to find very comfortable recliner chairs at each end of the sofa unit. The property itself is well-maintained with lots of flowers near the barn doors, landscape lighting, and there is even a little creek at the bottom of the hill. There is also a nice picnic table and a fire pit with chairs close by in the back yard. The Barn is just a short drive to many restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown Mt. Dora which is a quaint and charming little town with shopping and restaurants. It should be noted that this rental is upstairs, and while there is a sturdy stair hand rail and plenty of lighting for going up and down, the stairs are a little steeper than usual and take a 90-degree turn halfway up. We so enjoyed our stay in the barn and are looking forward to returning next year. Thank you, Mary Ella and Jim, for sharing your barn with us!"
