"The house was extremely clean, which we certainly appreciated. Some of the sheets were a bit worn but the host supplied new ones within a short period of time. We were there for a full month, so our needs are probably different than many short-term renters. For example, there didn’t seem to be a simple way to get rid of our trash which was a sort of surprising. However, we worked with the host and he was helpful. The host was very accommodating on a couple of other minor matters early in our stay. All in all, all of our guests during the month, found the house to be very comfortable."

"I watched seals and Canadian geese go by right from the patio. The beach walking with my dog was great. Deer in the yard at night. A peaceful spot of nature's finest gifts!The cabin is comfortable and rustic. The host was very accommodating. It was great!"

"Loved the home! Beautiful location on Anderson Island! House was very clean and well-stocked. Communication with owners was excellent! Had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Would definitely recommend to others looking to stay in a great, relaxing location in the south sound area!"

"A lovely home in a gorgeous waterfront setting with amenities that appeal to all ages. We couldn’t have imagined a more ideal place for our multi-generational family vacation! We enjoyed the lovely home with expansive lawns, wrap-around deck, rocky beach, and well-equipped kitchen. We also appreciated our pre-stay communication with the gracious, responsive hosts and their attention to detail. We will never forget the wonderful family memories we made there, nor the stunning sunsets which filled us with awe each evening. This is definitely a place we hope to return to."

"The property was nice and in a great location. The host was great and communicated well. The only downsides were; (1) the stairs to the sleeping loft are really steep, which would be problematic for people with mobility issues, and (2) the shower stall was on the smallish side, so if a guest was on the larger side, then the shower stall would be snug."

"As advertised. My only issue is the significant inconvenience of the ferry. If you plan to stay on the island and rarely leave, all is good. If you plan for daily excursions, the ferry to and from is a major inconvenience."
