"There was no water pressure in the shower, none of the outlets worked in the bathroom and the fan was barely functioning. No A/C. The trails were a mess and falling apart. If this place was remodeled in 2020, they need a refund for a poorly done job. It was hot, buggy and uncomfortable. There was no help in getting the luggage up a ton of steps to the upstairs and even the concrete entrance to the hotel was falling apart. I felt that they should have paid us to stay here."
