The location is ideal for me - close enough for exploring and hikes we wanted to do but also far enough away that it was very a very private and peaceful escape at the end of an active day. "This unit is a good fit for an active solo traveler or couple looking for a home base from which to explore Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. The unit is small but makes an efficient use of space. As an example, there's a small coffee table/desk that has storage space, and the top can be lifted upward toward the sofa. There are wooden stairs (five wooden steps, a landing, five more wooden steps) with handrails and then a graduated concrete sidewalk down from the parking area to the unit. The owner provided helpful information concerning the appliances and responded promptly and helpfully to the inquiries I made."
