Was best price hotel for the pricey area. Liked room layout. Lobby pretty and comfy beds but not fancy. Pool is extremely small so my kids couldn't go in because way over capacity.

The aurora building elevator was not working so we had to take the stairs each time. Also, check in for the property in the beginning was difficult since there is no front desk and wanted like me to take a picture of myself prior to check in which could not upload on the Expedia message. Email did not go through whoever agent was asking for it for check in and the lady at the other end of the line barely spoke proper English.Also, the Spa is not “connected” to the resort, it’s its own separate entity even though it’s right there next to the resort. you need to pay extra for and took a rather long time to sign up. However, the pool and hot tub come with the resort and was rather nice

Love this hotel! It is on the edge of Banff so away from the large crowds but still totally walkable to the heart of the action (~ 2 km) or you can take free public transit. Lovely rooms- generous in size and the hot pools are SO welcome after a day of hiking. Would def return! ❤️
