Could have been worse. Location is prime.
Pillows were hard.
Dental kit amenity really should a small tube of toothpaste.
Staff should make sure safe works before new guests arrive.
Glad that there was air conditioning.

This was our second time staying at the Victory Hotel Leicester Square London and it certainly won’t be our last. We live up in Derbyshire but love going to London at least once a year to see a show and enjoy the city so we have stayed at a fair many London Hotels. This is the only one I have returned to and I hope to continue to revisit. The staff are always lovely and accommodating, the rooms are air conditioned, have wonderful beds and pillows (something we can be fussy about), and the bathrooms are well stocked for convenience. It is the perfect location for London, just a teeny walk to a tube, right in the thick of it for Chinatown, Soho, and many theatres and restaurants. I am very much looking forward to our next stay sometime in the future. Thank you to all the lovely staff at Victory Hotel for always making our stay enjoyable and safe.

"The room was not clean at all. The AC didn’t work. We were told that someone was moved in a room before us. No accommodations were made. The bathrooms are very disgusting not clean so much tar under the faucet. The room was so hot no AC they put us in a room with no AC."
