"Family from Chicago, Minnesota, Wisconsin, New Jersey and New Hampshire all came together in this beautiful home for a family reunion. We enjoyed the fire pit, and nice hot tub soaks while enjoying the beautiful view. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Location was perfect for trips to Watkins Glen, Niagara Falls, Lake Ontario and Rochester. We all enjoyed it and would come back again!"

"The Lakeview Lodge was just what we needed for a weekend birthday celebration with a large family group. We needed the large number of bedrooms, and having adequate space on both the main level and lower level was important, since we had cool weather and much of our time was spent indoors. The owner was very accommodating and we had no problems checking in or out. Everyone had a great time."

"Check in process was great. The house was warm and cozy. The kitchen was just the right size for a 4 person family. The cottage is on the older side but everything was clean and tidy. Water pressure was very low, but bathrooms where clean. Hot tub could have used a vacuuming, but it was nice to have it after skiing or spending time out doors. Owner and her husband were very accommodating and the chickens and other animals where very fun to watch."

"The view was beautiful. Very few houses can accommodate the need for 6 bedrooms, and it's a hidden "GEM" on the lake. It's close to all the restaurants and bars a short drive away. When the weather is warmer, we will definitely rebook."

"We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend."

Surprised that this asset didn't have the upkeep it deserves, it could be so much more with a bit of TLC. House was clean and comfy. Good luck with figuring out light switches.
