"All was good, except walking into the rooms smelled like dump every time I was going upstairs."

"Overall is a good place for family and kids. However, I have to advise to be Carful on the beach ! do not buy any tours from the beach ONLY at the resort official reps ! we had a bad experience with that. I strongly suggest that the Hotel will put a SIGN to ALL the tourist that the beach is NOT belong to the resort and that its a public beaches that anyone can just sale whatever they want ( which is dangerous to customers and kids ! ) other then this all is good. "

Also first time we've had a butler, Wilber, who was actually in touch with us everyday and took care of our requests and answered any questions right away! Consistently great food and drinks. Entertainment was excellent. Beach groomed everyday early morning. Wonderful vacation."

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. As a Black guest, I consistently felt that white guests were treated better. Making restaurant reservations was unnecessarily difficult, and even when seated, I was often served last or passed over entirely. The only restaurant where I received decent treatment was the Italian one. The food overall was poor, the customer service was terrible, and the rooms had a strong musty smell. The only enjoyable parts of the trip were the excursions outside the hotel. The most concerning incident happened the day before I left: I saw the housekeeper assigned to my room holding my bank pouch, and afterward I discovered money missing. She appeared startled when she saw me, and before I could ask her name, she quickly left and sent another housekeeper to retrieve her cart. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to Black travelers, based on my experience."

"Great place to stay with kids. All pools are kind of chilly. Would go to this resort again but wouldn’t do a swim up room unless our kids were still needing naps "
