"This is definitely a one night spot for me. Access to public transportation was great and convenient food choices near by. But there’s a lot of homeless, druggies and SW in the area. The staff wasn’t unfriendly but definitely didn’t give super welcoming. The bathroom was gross so we didn’t use the shower. Bed was hard as a rock. Overall I would come back for one night in needed but wouldn’t feel comfortable to stay longer than that."

Gorgeous Huge 6-8BR Heart of Seattle—One Block from Lake
10/10 Excellent
"The home’s location was perfect for our family needs. It also had everything that was needed for our trip. More than enough bedrooms & bathrooms etc. The playroom was a big hit with our grandchildren and GreenLake across the street was perfect. The stove didn’t work was the only complaint. "
"It is a very basic motel, but clean rooms and friendly staff. More than enough to spend the night before our cruise. There are nice restaurants within a short walking distance. The area is very quiet and the bus stop is just a couple of blocks away. "
Staypineapple, Watertown Hotel, University District Seattle

"Cool vibe to the hotel. Staff was very helpful. I wish the extra fees were more clearly stated on the Hotels.com website though. $25/night parking fee and an extra “facility fee” of about another $25 nightly. "
"It was a nice, clean and quiet place walking distance to Green Lake, Whole Foods, and restaurants. The only thing was there was no parking dedicated so we had to park on the street which was sometimes inconvenient, as it was not easy to find. Overall, very satisfied with our stay."
"We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. "
"awesome two room bottom floor, comfy beds! very clean and organized. you have primary parking at the house just in case you don’t feel comfortable parking in the street. everything is short driving distance. "
