Room was very spacious with everything provided. You need to use your mobile to call reception though. Staff interaction was mixed. Dining and bar staff were good but changed every evening (5 nights) so there was no capacity to remember I was GF or that my wine was put away each evening. Reception rarely manned and I had to wait till someone appeared. Reception staff were fine once you spoke to them, but never looked up if you passed by or welcomed you back when you came in at the end of a day out. Nonetheless, I enjoyed my stay.

We really enjoyed our brief stay at Elite Venue. The staff were friendly and helpful, every part of the process was very smooth. The highlights were how comfortable the bed was, the spa area and the blackout curtains which were perfect after seeing the new year in all night!

Excellent service and lovely food. Very clean and all staff were lovely and looked after us well. Member of your bar staff did fantastic cocktails in the lounge bar. Loved the spa! All in all a fantastic hotel. A beautiful room and fantastic staff. Had a very enjoyable stay. Thankyou
