The hotel is in a prime location, easily accessible by bus and train. Staff was friendly and the rooms were good - the floor carpets looked a little old and had some stains on it but overall a decent place to stay for the price.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable bathroom was clean.

The room was absurdly small for a queen size bed.

Very clean rooms although no amenities. I did appreciate the complimentary water and popcorn. Staff very professional and courteous.

The front desk staff are very nice. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, water and snacks are provided. The elevator was not working on the day we arrived so we had to climb two floors up to our room and my husband is 91 so it wasn't easy. The rooms are very very small and we were upgraded to a deluxe. There is no hair conditioner or body lotion provided. There was no iron or ironing board and had to wait 2 hours and ask twice for one to use. I think 4 star is pushing it, expect more like a 3 star stay. The area is very popular, very close to China town but the whole area looks a little run down in the mornings when it's quiet.
