"The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was better than average with more hot selections. Parking was close to front door, free and plentiful. The hotel decor (furniture, carpet, rugs, pictures) was traditional and outdated in appearance, not shabby, but needs a serious refresh. The lighting was dim. The plants were either fake or half dead. It was a good value and budget friendly for tourists and was very close to the airport. Not a place to with great ambience or lounging but good outdoor patio NS walking path and great views of the bay and airport runways."

"The hotel is right on the bay, so it's has a nice ocean-front feel. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is important to know that the shuttle goes to the Oakland Airport. (Not their fault, but I misread that and had to make some adjustments to get to and from SFO.)"

"We have stayed here before and had a great experience. This time our first room had a smoke smell to it so I went back to the front desk and they immediately switched our room, no questions asked. I was very appreciative since we didn’t want our clothes to smell as we went out. The rooms are great! Clean, good amenities, and beautiful views! The location is walkable and close to a great little bakery. Parking is one of the cheaper in SF and is very secure, you have to key in and out of the gate."

"Honestly I would highly recommend this hotel. There were a few annoying factors. Since I used the app there is a self check-in, which did not work for me or the traveler next to me. We had had a long ride to the hotel and just wanted to check in quietly and it became very annoying. Once the employee helped me check in all was good. Loved the pool area and walk to various attractions."
