I recently stayed at this hotel for nine days, and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff are consistently polite and professional. I would especially like to thank the front desk manager—Summer (apologies if I pronounce your name incorrectly) —who truly went the extra mile to help us during our stay. Your kindness and dedication made a real difference, and it was greatly appreciated!!! The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre, which made everything very accessible. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily choose this hotel again in the future. Yuna

Staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. The room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. It is dated and could use a renovation but the location was excellent and offered many options for food, shopping, and enjoying the beauty of Vancouver.
