"Room had an odd smell to it. The parking area isn’t kept up well. Staff was okay but asked questions that are not appropriate and not their business. "

"Arrived to be told that our room was canceled. Hotels.com was not made aware either. We got there at 9:30pm. The lady at the desk was overly rude and offered absolutely no explanation whatsoever. When I was able to get an agent for Hotels.com (45 minutes of holding) they contacted the property and was advised that they canceled the booking due to overbooking. We had to search for another room which ended up being 25 minutes away. "

"Room was large and spacious. The full kitchen was one of the perks we were looking for. Parking is limited. Sofa bed was dirty with crumbs and debris. We had to request a vacuum to clean it up. Dishwasher had dirty dishes from previous occupier. No extra trash bags in room. Despite the issues, we would stay here again for the two bedrooms, two baths, and full kitchen. "

"Clean room air conditioning was good. Staff was good. Was told by owner that I would be receiving $100 discount rate at hotels.com and I accepted a lesser amount which was OK, but I haven’t received either one please check thank you"

"The staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at even different Hampton Inns. The room was clean and comfortable. "
