"Super helpful staff Rachel and Josh helped me with the chair lift at the indoor heated pool so my mom could go swimming for the first time in years. Cleaning staff kept our room clean and stocked all week. There was plenty of parking. Overall a great stay especially for folks in wheelchairs."

"Very cute place! Came stocked with coffee (and coffee necessities) water, extra towels and beach towels. Even an umbrella for the drizzly day. Quick short walk to downtown Middletown. Deborah was very accommodating quickly responded when I reached out to her. 1000% percent would stay here again!"

"Very close to the beach, staff was very helpful and nice. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Coffee already made the next morning, bagels, yougurt and kid friendly options for breakfast. Will be returning next year. ."

"A lovely little gem not far from downtown Newport. It feels oceans away… Pun intended. This little beach community is so quiet and pleasant and the cozy little cottage with small backyard is the perfect place to say if you’re looking for a relaxing spot that is close to absolutely everything, including beautiful beach walks Joan and her husband were such kind and considerate host. We enjoyed our stay immensely."
