We were disappointed that the pictures advertising the Walton Hall Hotel & Spa were quite deceptive. The actual hotel is not at all connected to the historic Walton Hall, and the hotel wing and room that we experienced were very worn and in need of a renovation. The pool and fitness room were listed on Expedia as amenities, but these facilities are not owned by the hotel and require payment for use (after registering our complaint, we were given free passes). On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the wifi worked.

I had a few bad incidents one after the other there but it was all legit accidents so I can forgive and the team bent over backwards to make up for things. Have stayed before and it was faultless. I literally cannot wait to go again, from the staff to the layout, to the food, the drink, the cleanliness, the quietness. This place one of two of my favourite places I've ever been to. Thanks team! Xxx
