On arrival, we were dismayed to find the "Queen Bed" was smaller than a double bed and was not at all suitable for our stay. It seems the definition of this bed size is not universally accepted.
After discussion with the professional "Richard" I informed him that we would not be staying. I request a refund as the room was available to relet for anyone willing to use a small bed.
Deeply disappointed and will not recommend

"Staff were lovely but room and facilities left something to be desired. The sauna was broken and seemed like it had been for some time - this was not disclosed prior to booking or arrival. There was a portable sauna unit inside the sauna room thankfully but not as good as a proper plumbed in sauna, ..."
