"Reception closes early, but staff are at your assistance by phone. I wasn't able to open the door. (Probably a mistake when programming the key... Luckily enough, another guest was able to open my door with his key... Some contact details might come in handy for future misfortunes like this. "My husband stayed here and due to extremely late travel arrangements he didn’t get to the hotel until after 10pm. They had his key and room ready to go and he had a very comfortable stay. We can’t thank them enough for their hospitality!"
