"Location is great! Staff was delightful, and responsive to small requests such as extra blankets.Mattresses were comfortable and rooms nice size. Sofas are convertibles but they upsell $30/night + tax to use as sleeper. Seriously? Heads up: Food & Beverage credit applies from the day your reservation starts and is not applicable the day you check out. Joe Merchant cafe was good. Any hotel dealing with skiers/boarders has their work cut out for them due to the ski equipment, but they make it convenient and handle it well. We were there in a blizzard and I give ski and car valet due credit...bravo. All in all, good value for money, we'd certainly do it again."

"We had a wonderful stay. At first we were like its a little outdated, but once inside, it was really nice. I had a good sleep on a very comfortable bed and the pillows. Oh the pillows! I even told my partner, i wish i looked at the brand of those pillows, coz its hella comfortable. The entire room is so nice and cozy, decorated with nice and very interesting furniture. I think the one impress us the most is the front desk, Stacy at the desk is just above and beyond. She is such a sweetheart. She made our stay wonderful. In addition, not to mention they have good breakfast in the morning. :)"
