This property is great, very clean and spacious. It’s in a great location with a short drive to all the beautiful sites in the area and to downtown. Would definitely stay again!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The beautiful cabin offered a cozy and comfortable retreat, with fully equipped kitchens and stylish interior. The location was perfect—short distance to great restaurants, rentals, shops and ski resorts. The thoughtful amenities and comfortable beds made our visit even more enjoyable. Huge thanks to the owner for creating such a welcoming space—we truly appreciate the care and effort put into making this a perfect getaway!
Enjoyed our stay. We walked to local restaurants and cafes. The resorts, Heavenly Village, and beach are a short drive. I recommend the cabin for its great location. We had a good time.
We had a lovely experience! The place was exactly as advertised on the website. It was cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for our stay. We're already planning our next trip.
This was our second time staying at Emerald Point in this unit. It’s spacious clean and more than enough room for a family. Location is great being close to downtown, many of the must see sights and our favorite beach. Also close to grocery many stores and some great restaurants. We will definitely stay again 👍
This properly was very clean. Cute renovations. We loved the kitchen. Its in a great lication. Beds we very comfortable and cozy. Loved the fire place . We will definitely stay again
Wanted to get away for a long weekend with a close group of friends - this was the place to do it! The location is amazing with food within walking distance and the lake and groceries just a quick drive up the street. It was a perfect communal space to play games and a kitchen to cook family-style dinners. The rooms are spread out to provide a perfect amount of privacy for the early birds and night owls to be up and moving while everyone else is sleeping. We had a great time!

Tahoe
Check-in was easy. Property needed some extra tlc and cleaning. Areas needed dusting, master shower had soap acum, area rug was dirty and sectional needs to be cleaned as there was dirt and spots . Location was good but property is o main road with lots of traffic. Tv' in bedrooms didnt work. Was told when we arrived that Direct tv was cancelled and there was Roku but that was only in the famoly e oom. The maintenance guy came into the peoperty whole we were not there and we qere not notified ahead od time. I fwlt violated.
This is our third time staying at this listing. It’s very spacious for our family and has everything we need to make our annual Tahoe trip just right. Close to all the great spots with Avery helpful host.
We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated cabin. Sway was a great communicator and host. The home was very clean and close to everything. We would definitely stay here again!
The Cabin that we so happened to book was the largest or the biggest there. We had the best experience! From the time we checked in and started grilling till the day we checked out. We had so much fun. The nature was just so beautiful. And Kim was such a big help and was very nice and welcoming.
Perfect spot, close to all the best spots to explore Lake Tahoe. Emerald cove, sand harbor beach, Nevada state line hard rock club hotel was just down the street. Amazing getaway 🙌
Very nice house/cabin. Comfy beds. Shops nearby. Sway was great at getting back to us with questions. It would have helped having instructions for TVs and check-out. Would come back! (But not through VRBO; they had terrible service.)
The cabin was immaculate, beds are comfortable, furnishings and cookware are high end. Sway and his team went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is terrific - near restaurants and stores, but not noisy. Super handy to have Snowshoe Thompson’s directly across the street to rent skis and snowshoes.
Cute property with unique layout. Only couple of issues- the hallway bathtub/shower was super slippery, needs a mat inside the tub to recalls. The sink in that bathroom drained really slow. Also there were only 2 small bath towels in each bedroom, please add 2 more large ones to each room.Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay!
Nice cabin in a nice area. A few downfalls is that there is not a laundry room and no air conditioning in the cabin. A bit of an inconvenience that we had to spend time at a laundromat because we did not have enough fresh towels to last the duration of the trip. We also visited during the summer and although it wasn't too hot while we were there, it would have been nice to still have air conditioning. The hosts recommend opening the windows but the windows don't have built-in screens in them, so opening the windows lets in bugs. We did encounter quite a number of spiders in the cabin but it is in a forestation area. Also because of the forestation and obvious high amounts of water in the area, the cabin did have a bit of a mildew smell to us.
Overall we had a good experience. Cabin was as described.
There were a few glitches…
The bathroom window had a frosted covering that only covered part of the window. This allowed for anyone to see in.
There were no hand towels in the kitchen so we used a lot of paper towels.
There are 4 TVs and at least 7 remotes. We did t know which remotes belonged to which TVs and got extremely frustrated trying to watch anything.
I dropped my phone and it went under the bed. It was super dirty and seemed like no one cleans it.
I did try to contact the owner a handful of times without any response. Before the trip I asked if the fireplace was wood or gas. I asked on two separate occasions and got no response. While we were there I sent a message asking for help with the TVs and if we could get a dish towel. No response. Then I looked up the owners phone number, called, and left a voicemail. I got a text response asking me to clarify which property I was in. I replied, and got no response. That was very frustrating and disappointing. While I would consider each of these issues small it was the lack of repo de and totality of issues that lead me to give 4 out of five stars.
