"Been stayed here over the years. The room is now a bit worn but still clean. Breakfast buffet is good with mostly Indian selections. Will stay again next time as it is way better value than it's next door Novotel and other western brand hotels in the area."

"Cosy functional property. Very close to ORR and Sarjapur. Rooms are decently sized and clean. Service is great and staff is very helpful. However, the beds are not good and the mattresses are very uncomfortable"

"There was no toiletries till we asked. No toilet paper. No food menu in the room till we asked. no instructions on dial number for concierge - had to google the hotel number and call then was told that to dial 9 on phone to reach concierge. No basic amenities like iron box, hair dryer etc. After ordering food it took about an hour to be delivered. Quantity of food was good but the taste was not great."

"This is a new property within a big beer garden called Backstreet. It is neither business hotel, it is safe nonetheless and some families also may like staying here. It is a good hotel for those who like to retire into a room within a beer garden, so to say."

"OK place for solo travelers. Not for couples. Maybe local business travelers. Breakfast is 2-3 items, which was indeed good, hot and fresh. The staff is helpful. But sheets, blankets or towels do not feel hotel fresh. TV channels did not work at all - while I was there, even though the staff showed up to fix it promptly, But never did."

"Terrible service. Initially we were given a different room that was cheaper than we had booked. The next day we moved to the room we were actually supposed to get. The more expensive room had less towel, in both the rooms the ac remote doesnt work and had no fan...so either we were freezing with the AC on at a constant 18 degrees C or sweating!
