"The bellman was incredible he was the highlight of our trip! He helped get our bags out the car and helped recommend amazing food and was just overall kind and helpful! The front desk staff was nice! The only downside was that we had no room service during our stay but other than that I would still book again and if we had the same staff outside that helped bring our bags in and give us more amazing recommendations I’ll be super happy. "

"Overall, our group had a pleasant time but there were a few things that effected our stay: We were given two different unit numbers for check-in, which caused some minor confusion. The apartment was not as clean as we would have liked; the toilet bowls were pink, the washer clearly has mold growing inside it, and most of the floors could have done with a good vacuum mopping. There was a sign in the living room clearly meant to display internet info, but it was left completely blank and we had to message the host. The host, however, were very kind and picked up immediately when called. And we did find the apartment a lot more spacious than the photos made it seem, which was a welcome surprise! And the rest of the space, like the beds and high-touch surfaces, appeared clean. Lots of great restaurants in this area and fairly walkable to a lot of the spots we wanted to check out. We were concerned about parking, but had no issues finding spots near the rental. The neighborhood got a little rowdy at night, but that's just how it goes when you're staying in the city on a weekend.All in all, cleanliness and organization were our biggest issue. This stay would have been perfect if some of the more obvious things (the toilets, washer, unit numbers, and wifi info) were taken care of. "

"Was provided parking pass and parked in correct lot. Recd 2 50 parking tickets. Requested assistance from host and was advised they had ceased relationship with parking vendor, albeit was provided parking pass. Was refunded for 1 of 2 ticket. Asked about WiFi PW and advised it was on back of router but may not work due to recent change. Correct - no WiFi. Location was 3 blocks away from what is posted on site. Actual location in a more unsafe area. "
