The room was lovely and spacious, wonderful shower and nice and clean. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel is in a nice location, very quiet residential area. The bed was super comfy, so nice to have air con to regulate temperature in the heat. The breakfast was included with the room stay- it was pretty basic and seemed a bit disorganised. I wouldn't pay for it separately.

I stayed at the Treehouse Hotel Manchester for two nights while attending a work event held in the hotel's cinema, and it was an splendid experience from start to finish. Check-in was quick, professional, and efficient. The hotel's décor strikes a wonderful balance between farmhouse charm and modern design, with exposed concrete, warm wood panelling, and thoughtfully chosen furnishings that create a unique and inviting atmosphere. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The quilted bedspread, super-comfy bed and pillows, effective blackout blinds, and fantastic air conditioning made all the difference, especially during the UK heatwave. I genuinely had the best night's sleep I've had while travelling for work in the past few months A stylish, comfortable hotel that I would be very happy to recommend and stay at again.

Charming welcome. Very helpful. Central. Great view 10th floor. Gray bed and towels. Shower powerful. Lovely touch of free soft drinks on very hot day.

We had a wonderful stay here for my dad’s80th and the staff were so welcoming.
