From the check in to check-out, it was a good experience. Particularly notable were the staff-- the valets, front desk, and consierge-- all pleasant, professional, and helpful. Finally, we were impressed that they have level-2 charging available for our EV. The valets even plugged our car in, soon after our arrival, ensuring it was fully charged when next we needed it--how incredibly thoughtful.

Great location, superb ambience, and excellent cleanliness. Staff service was top‑notch. However, despite booking an all‑inclusive package with breakfast included, I was still charged for my kids’ breakfast. That experience ruined the stay, and I will not return.

"The tub look like someone broke a hole in to it and the put a patch to fix it instead of properly replace it. Pipes sticking out and the caulking was old and moldy. The room was clean but watch the bed frames because it has two sharp steel pieces sticking out and they can cut you. Continental breakfast ..."
