This cosy 1 bedroom apartment is situated in Atholl Crescent Lane just a few minutes walk from Princes Street and the City Centre attractions. The local area has a wide choice of cafes, bar and restaurants to suit everyone's tastes. Transport links from the Airport could not be simpler with both the airport bus and tram stops within 100 meters of the apartment, each with services running every 10 minutes.
The apartment has been newly fitted out with wood flooring throughout. The cosy bedroom has a King size bed (150x200cm) with a pocket sprung Hypnos mattress, luxury 400 thread Egyptian cotton sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases as well as high-quality bath towels. The lounge has a flat-screen TV with free-view channels and access to Netflix. A 3 seater sofa-bed to accommodate a further 2 guests, glass dining table and chairs.
