  • This ground-floor studio apartment was newly renovated in July 2024 with modern and thoughtful touches to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.

    With easy access just off the sidewalk, you won't have to worry about carrying your luggage up flights of stairs. The kitchenette is stocked with a large refrigerator, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee and tea amenities to keep you going while you enjoy the sights.

    Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Just a 20-minute walk (0.8miles) to the city center and 1 mile to Waverley Station.

    You will also have easy access to public transport with a bus station conveniently located just across the street. Restaurants and pubs line Broughton Street, as well as 2 grocery stores within 1 block (Tesco and Lidl).

    This dog-friendly neighborhood is also a short distance to the Water of Leith and Warriston walking path for a stroll.
