Please note that Arthur’s Seat Nest is on the third floor, and the building does not have an lift. We’d like to mention this in advance so you can make sure it’s the right fit for you—especially if you’re travelling with heavy luggage or have mobility concerns. If you’re happy to climb a fair number of stairs, we promise the view and the cosy atmosphere at the top are absolutely worth it!

The apartment features a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a cosy second bedroom with a daybed, two modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room with a spacious L-shaped sofa—perfect for enjoying the stunning views of Arthur’s Seat.

We love both pets and kids—a luxurious (matching the sofa!) dog bed is available in the living room, along with dog blankets for your furry friends. For your little ones, a travel cot with brand-new 100% cotton bedding and a high chair are available at the property at no extra cost. Additionally, we’ve stocked our home with toys and Scottish-themed children’s books to read at bedtime.

You’ll find two TVs—a 43" in the living room and a 32" in the master bedroom—both with Netflix and Prime Video included in your stay.

The spacious kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures, complete with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, and coffee maker. You’ll have all the cookware, utensils, and appliances you need right at your fingertips.

Both bathrooms feature showers, and the second bathroom also has a tub-and-shower combo. A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience.

Just across the street, the Meadowbank Shopping Centre has everything you need at your fingertips: supermarkets like Lidl and Sainsbury’s, the cosy Costa café for a delightful breakfast, and a variety of shops offering essentials and home goods to make your stay even more comfortable.
