"The host was responsive to needs when alerted and was excellent in helping us recover some left behind items.Kitchen needs new rubber spatula for cooking in nonstick pans. Kitchen needs some kitchen knives for food prep. Kitchen needs ample supply of garbage bags available to replace filled ones. Bathroom needs exhaust vent repaired so it will operate. Bathroom night light needs to be replaced. Current one doesn't work, therefore we left the bathroom light on all night each night. An additional lower bathroom mirror would be nice for shorter people to be able to see to use.The condo was clean and adequate for two average size people. Large people may have some challenges. The HVAC worked well, but could use some alert to the use of the remotes for the HVAC and ceiling light/fan. The TV remote worked, but was reporting low battery. The refrigerator was nice and cold, but could use an ice bucket in the freezer for pulled ice cube storage. The door lock needs a bit more explanation on how to "lock" when leaving. It was difficult to get a locked condition even upon following noted instructions.The overall stay was excellent. It's a 5 minute drive to the beach and you must find beach access parking to use the beach.A better "specific name" for the unit would be nice to have in order to communicate to the resort guard for receiving a parking permit.All of these things would just make the stay flow better and be more convenient. Easy to do for helping people."

"Nice place to stay if you’re a hobbit. Very clean. Definitely close to the beach, which is only 45-50 steps away. VERY small rooms with 6 1/2 foot ceilings throughout. Not for anyone even mildly claustrophobic or over 6 feet tall. "

"Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of exceptional. The living spaces were spacious and inviting, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed.One of the absolute highlights was the pool area. It was a chilly week for being on the beach but we were able to enjoy being around the pool! I even took a few cold plunges! The kids loved it! Some other note worthy features; The cargo lift—life saver! We also loved having a bike path right behind the house. It was perfect for our daily bike rides! Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy our time. This home is the perfect balance between luxury and comfort! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish beach getaway."

"I was impressed by the amount of beds they made work in the size of the cottage, we fit very comfortably! The proximity to the beach was great especially with kids! The cleanliness was okay-bring your own toilet paper. All that was in the house was what was currently in the bathroom already. Read the description carefully on the house-we did not know we needed to bring our own linens until an hour prior to arrival. This is a biggie and needs to be bolded/underlined, however to make it more eye catching and perhaps a reminder a day or two out rather than the day of check in. We had to purchase linens at a local dollar general. Graciously, the owner sent us a link to rent linens for 200. Was a decent rental for a weekend get-away. "
