The Ritz Denver is underwhelming. Lackluster lobby, tired furnishings. The room was fine but every piece of furniture showed obvious wear and tear. There was nothing about this stay that was worth the $600+ price tag. Very disappointing. In a downtown filled with hotel choices, save your money and book elsewhere.
Plus side - Michelle is a gem. Champagne offered at check in.
