"This was such a great hotel for our family. The kids had fun at the arcade. The pools were the perfect temperature. Hot tubs were great. We had such a relaxing time. My only critique would be that I wish the bar across from the arcade was open and our room didn’t have AC."

"Perfect studio condo for 2 people. Comfortable couch and chair and a complete compact kitchen. Front desk person was super nice and very helpful. Great location, convenient to walking the river walk and many restaurants. Plus a free bottle of wine! Would definitely go back."

"This five-star review is all because Summit Mountain Rentals (SMR) took wonderful care of us when our original unit developed a plumbing problem.Long story short: at 1:20pm we reported the issue. At 3:42pm we were moving into a new, larger & nicer unit. (I checked time stamps on our texts.)Everything else was great, too. The original unit met expectations set by the listing. Check-in was well communicated and smooth. No surprise fees or rules. Both units were clean and had all the dishes, glasses, and cookware we expected. Check out was easy. All 5-star worthy.But the thing that's making me enthusiastic about writing this review is the customer-for-life type service I got when something unexpected happened. I really appreciate Sara at SMR for being on top of everything from start to finish.And I'll trust Summit Mountain Rentals with my future business."

"The property management team had timely communication, and if we needed anything, they would bring it right away. We hosted a murder party there, and it was the perfect venue for that. There are 2 parking spots with this residence. If you have more vehicles, I strongly recommend you park at the ice rink and pay the overnight fee. The parking police are serious in Breckenridge. The rooms and beds are comfortable. A couple of the bathrooms are small, but that wasn't a big deal."

"Another great stay in Breckenridge - 2nd straight summer at this house and already looking forward to next year. Ideal location just 2 blocks from Main Street, and also 2 blocks from numerous trails for hiking.House had everything we needed and then some. Highly recommend."

"The setup is a little different than I am used to. You are renting a condo in a complex with other companies and what not involved. It worked out fine, it was just a little different than what I was used to. It took me a minute to get my head around the guy at the front desk was not the entity I was actually renting from."
